Avotus has also added the capability to view and disconnect all inventory associated with a site or an individual in a single action. This helps reclaim company assets, eliminate stranded assets and reduce fraud and abuse. * Invoice management enhancements -- Scanned or graphic images can be associated directly with electronic invoice representations so they can be easily referenced during invoice processing and during conversations with the carrier. Also, invoices can now be organized into logical batches for processing in accounts payable in either report or electronic file formats, providing flexibility in managing the vendor payment process. * Enhanced chargeback allocations -- Users can create and charge back extremely detailed allocation rules on every line item of an order and have those rules automatically applied when the carrier invoices arrive. This allows the customer to charge back whole or partial network components within complex network structures with precision. Web: www.avotus.com |
