Avondale Resources Corporation to Purchase Leases in Creek and Payne Counties, Oklahoma.

TULSA, Okla. -- Avondale Resources Corporation (Pink Sheets:ANDL) announced today it will acquire the Keener Lease in Creek County, Okla. and the Carl Grant Lease in Payne County, Okla. Each lease consists of 160 acres and together will provide immediate revenue to the Company. The 2 leases complete an acquisition package the Company has been working on since November. In total, the package consists of approximately 3,800 lease acres, over 250 wells of which only 12% are currently operating and production at 30 BOPD. Avondale plans to re-activate over 200 wells and establish a de-watering enhancement program on some of the leases. The leases are being purchased from Crown Exploration LLC, CDS Oil Company and Dallas Oil for $4,000,000. The transaction should close by December 30, 2005. Re-establishment of wells commences following the Company's raising sufficient capital for such re-establishment.
