Tom McCord, President and CEO 

Mr. McCord has an industrial background specialized in oil, aerospace and commercial equipment markets. During Mr. McCord's tenure with The Trident Altair Company, 1979-1996, he was directly involved in the development of several markets for Trident's equipment, including Nitronic 50 and Inconel 718 down-hole submersible pump shaft, Nitronic 50 down-hole instrumentation tubing, secondary market, 400 series stainless coil for heat recovery steam generators, aluminum nickel bronze fluid-end application for high horsepower pumps, wide sheet areospace market and inertia-welded pump-shaft for water-well pumps. Mr. McCord was co-founder of The Charvat McCord Company, a sporting goods business, representing domestic and foreign manufacturers to retailers in the Southwest. The Company was started in 1996 and later sold in 2001 after generating over $900,000 in yearly commission revenues. Mr. McCord also has a background in real estate and graduated from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma with a B.S. degree, Business Administration and Management in 1977.

Thomas M. Day, Secretary, Director

Mr. Day has experience in the building of well sites, lease roads, transporting drilling equipment and rig setup working as a roustabout with the rig crews. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, Instrument Ground Instructor and Instrument Flight Certificates with approximately 20,000 hours flight time logged. Mr. Day was the Chief Pilot for Aircraft International Delivery Service from 1969 to 1980. A former owner of a crop dusting business, he transported personnel for the oil industry to various locations from 1970 to 1989. Mr. Day has been a member of the Pro Rodeo Cowboy Association for 35 years and is still an active competitor. Mr. Day graduated from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma with a B.A. degree in 1966.

John V. Calce, Director

Mr. Calce is founder and president of Impact Equity, Inc. since 2003, a private equity and consulting business that assists companies in determining and fulfilling their capital needs. His sector experience includes oil and gas, light manufacturing, real estate and foreign development (China and India). In 2000, Mr. Calce founded Vizor Group, Inc., a software company that facilitates the automated redirection of portions of wait-staff's gratuities into various financial vehicles. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Calce was founder and chief executive officer of Athletic Engineering, Inc., a chain of summer camp programs for young athletes in Dallas, Texas. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Calce served as head football coach, head wrestling coach, track and field coach, strength and conditioning program director and history teacher at Greenhill School, Dallas, Texas, where in 1997 he was named 1997 Nike Texas Private Coach of the Year and 1997 Dallas Metroplex Coach of the Year. Mr. Calce graduate from Yale University, New Haven, Conn. with a B.A. History in 1994.
