Avoiding breaking the law.

Following the recent and successful prosecution of a thermoformed plastic packaging manufacturer found guilty of deliberately flouting regulations introduced to protect the environment, it will come as no surprise to learn that some companies are ahead of the pack when it comes to conscience and responsibilities.

For them the environmental good practice is more a way of working than a tiresome mandatory obligation.

Packaging manufacturers have significant responsibilities where waste bi-products from their production could generate considerable impact on their surroundings Surroundings are the area around a given physical or geographical point or place. The exact definition depends on the field. Surroundings can also be used in geography and mathematics, as well as philosophy, with the literal or metaphorically extended definition. .

Sharpak's dedication and commitment to a clean environment is recognized throughout the industry. Now, their SP trays n. pl. 1. In its narrowest sense, it is an intaglio printing process in which the lines are cut in a metal plate with a  the underside of their trays with the wording: "Can be recycled where facilities exist" and "contains recycled materials". The Packaging Regulations came into force on the 6 March 1997 and they encouraged companies handling packaging to reduce the environmental impact of packaging and packaging waste. The regulations achieve this by placing obligations on companies to meet recycling recycling, the process of recovering and reusing waste products—from household use, manufacturing, agriculture, and business—and thereby reducing their burden on the environment.  and recovery targets for packaging waste and encouraging the minimisation and re-use of packaging.

All producers of packaging which have an annual turnover in excess of 2m [pounds sterling] and handling in excess of 50 tonnes of packaging are bound by this legislation.
