See FaceLift. , 10.09.09) says accidents are caused by traffic conditions. Not so, they are caused by drivers not concentrating and being easily distracted.

Cleveland Police is the Home Office police force responsible for policing the area of former county of Cleveland in North East England.
, I say well done. Mr Mosley should be aware that it is not the police operating these cameras but a separate organisation responsible to the police therefore releasing officers to go about their duties of proper policing.
