Biggins is a consultant in the Atlanta office of Heidrick & Struggles where she is a member of the financial services and board of directors practices. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Biggins served as Assistant to the President of the United States The head of the Executive Branch, one of the three branches of the federal government. The U.S. Constitution sets relatively strict requirements about who may serve as president and for how long. and Director of Presidential Personnel from 1994 to 1995. She directed the selection and hiring of over 4,000 political appointees for the President. Prior to joining the White House, Biggins was Executive Vice President for Corporate Community Relations at NationsBank. She has twenty years TWENTY YEARS.
