SAN FRANCISCO -- Dr. Chris Lauwers, chief technology officer at Avistar Communications Corporation (www.avistar.com), a leader in unified visual communications solutions, will be speaking on a panel at VoiceCon San Francisco 2009.

The panel, "Quality of Service (QoS) & Quality of Experience (QoE): Ensuring Voice (and other Applications') Performance," is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 2 in Room 132 at the Moscone North Convention Center.
