Avis Irene Bostwick, 86.ST. AUGUSTINE, FL Avis Irene Bostwick, 86, passed away peacefully late Friday March 6th at Moultrie Creek Nursing Home. Mrs. Bostwick was Born Sept 18th, 1922 in Worcester, Massachusetts, living there most of her life. The daughter of Charles and Grace Hair (Burdon) of Worcester, Massachusetts. She moved to St. Augustine 3 years ago. Avis lived a long and happy life with her husband LLoyd Bostwick of Massachusetts (Her husband passed away in 1973). She leaves behind two daughters, Judy Edstrom of Sutton, Mass and Janet Hayford (son-in-law Earle) of St. Augustine, Fl and her 5 grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. Sometimes these may claim bequests given in a will to children, though in general they can make no such claim. 6 Co. 16. : Scott Hayford (Jessica) and Susan (Hayford) Malota (Michael) and Richard Edstrom (Kim), Eric Edstrom (Erica) and Kimberly (Edstrom) Hartley (Pete); great grandchildren: Ryan Hayford, Alexis, Hailey, Mikie and Zoe Malota, Corrie and Logan Edstrom, Chelsea, E.J and Devynne Edstrom. Avis Bostwick loved GOD, life and her family. She enjoyed reading, playing the piano, watching Wheel of Fortune and knitting knitting, construction of a fabric made of interlocking loops of yarn by means of needles. Knitting, allied in origin to weaving and to the netting and knotting of fishnets and snares, was apparently unknown in Europe before the 15th cent. .
