 Head Up Display (Hud), an FV-300 Mission Display Processor System and a customised head down display. As yet, only three of the planned five US Navy F-14B squadrons have received the avionics installation to their fleets, but by end-of-summer 2003 all work should be completed. The Hud's dual combiner glass provides the pilot with double the normal field of view, a more accurate symbol placement, a working velocity vector and the flexibility to change functions.
