Avidyn Health Selects New Location for Wausau Operations.

WAUSAU, Wis. -- Avidyn Health has chosen a new location to house its Wausau-area operations. After much deliberation and a struggle to choose among a number of strong locations, Avidyn Health has opted to move its Wausau operations to The Gateway at Washington Square. Employees currently situated in the Wausau Benefits Wausau Avenue building and downtown Riverside Place building will move to the new office in March 2006.

Avidyn Health is a sister company of Wausau Benefits, and both are business units of Fiserv Health. Since its inception nearly two years ago, Avidyn Health has experienced steady growth and is in need of a place to accommodate future expansion.

"We are excited about this opportunity and pleased to be in a position where our growth requires us to expand," said president and CEO John Weymer. "Our new location not only brings the Wausau center together under one roof, but also gives us skywalk access to our sister companies Wausau Benefits and Innoviant."

Approximately 77 Avidyn Health employees will move to The Gateway, with additional room for 23 more as the company continues to grow. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Patricia Michalik said, "We plan on continuing to expand our operations in the Wausau area. Although our corporate headquarters is in Dallas, the Wausau operational center is key to our overall strategy. Besides our continued growth, the consolidation of our disease management and health and wellness products will create additional jobs in the Wausau area."
