Today at MacWorld, Avid Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVID) announced that Tekserve, one of the largest Macintosh resellers in the country, is now an Authorized Avid Reseller for Avid(R) Xpress(R) DV v3.5. New York City-based Tekserve joins a growing list of Avid resellers and distributors - including Amherst Computers, B&H Photo, Broadfield Distributors, ForeFront Graphics, PC Mall/Mac Mall, Promax, and Wynit Inc. Distributors - as strong sales of Avid Xpress DV continue.

Now they will be able to start and finish a project in the classroom on a range of Avid products and continue this practice in the professional community after they leave SCAD.
