LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- American Utilicraft Corporation (OTC: AMUC) has reconfirmed its appointment of Aviation Insurance Services of Nevada, Inc. ("AIS") to provide its current and future risk management & insurance services, as the FF-1080 Freight Feeder aircraft program moves from the design engineering phase into the prototype aircraft construction and flight testing program.

Michael German, Senior Vice President of AIS, stated: "We have been working with the AUC management team during the FF-1080 research and design development period and we are excited about continuing as a part of the AUC team, as its FF-1080 program takes off. We will be working closely with AUC during the next phase and with the aviation insurance marketplace in the US and overseas, particularly with the London and European aviation insurance underwriters."
