Mr. Goodman has held various positions with Commander Aircraft Company since its founding in 1988 and has been instrumental in the company's development and growth. Prior to his promotion to President/COO, Mr. Goodman held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales.

Mr. Goodman attended the United States Air Force Academy United States Air Force Academy, at Colorado Springs, Colo.; for training young men and women to be officers in the U.S. air force; authorized in 1954 by Congress.  and received a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin in Applied Math, Engineering and Physics. Goodman is an accomplished private pilot with commercial instrument, multi engine seaplane seaplane, airplane designed to take off from and alight on water. The two most common types are the floatplane, whose fuselage is supported by struts attached to two or more pontoon floats, and the flying boat, whose boat-hull fuselage is constructed with the  and aerobatic ratings and has over 11,000 hours of flight time.
