The postponement of the Shareholders' Meeting is due to a printing error in the shareholder materials, which omitted the company's financial statements from the Form 10K mailed to shareholders. The new date of Sept. 13, 2000, for the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting will provide ample time to review the financial statements prior to the Shareholders' Meeting.
