King as the company's new Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . Saleem Naber, who served as the company's interim CEO and President since March 1998, announced his retirement, but will remain as a Director of the Company.

King has an extensive and diverse background in managing both large and small private concerns. He has held key management positions since 1969. From 1990 to 1994, he served as Executive Vice President and President of the Electrical and Mechanical Group for JWP JWP Jamhoori Watan Party (Pakistan)
