Under the terms of the agreement, Aviall will stock and distribute Honeywell's entire Grimes aircraft lighting and displays product lines, including those products used in general aviation, business aviation, helicopter, and airline markets. The scope of Aviall's distribution responsibilities will be worldwide with the exception of direct sales to Japan, Indonesia, Israel, and Italy.
