), has agreed to stand for election in May to the Company's Board of Directors. If elected by shareholders, Eden will become Bel's seventh Board member and sixth outside director.

Eden, 56 years old, has been associated with Vishay since 1973 and served on its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also has worked in private law practice since 1982, and is currently Of Counsel to the law firm of Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott, Philadelphia.
