The combination of the AVERY HI-LITER brand and STABILO-brand highlighter businesses will result in Avery Dennison and Schwan-STABILO jointly becoming one of the world's largest suppliers of branded highlighters.

STABILO writing instruments are known for their style as well as their superior functionality. They feature unique product designs with creative shapes and colors that appeal to a core target market of students aged 12 to 24 years old.

The STABILO-brand distinctive orange-and-white striped Point 88 pens have been a leading product in Germany and other European markets for more than 20 years, with annual sales of more than 120 million pens.

Avery Dennison develops, manufactures and markets innovative office products and self-adhesive solutions for consumer products and label systems.
