The Webcast will follow the company's fourth-quarter 2000 earnings news release which will be issued earlier that morning at 8 a.m. (Pacific Time)/11 a.m. (Eastern Time).

The Webcast can be accessed at www.investors.averydennison.com. Instructions for listening to the conference call are provided. In addition, an audio replay of the conference call will be available approximately one hour following its conclusion through 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the same Web address.
