Avery Dennison Declares Dividend.


PASADENA, Calif. -- The Board of Directors of Avery Oswald 1877-1955.
American bacteriologist noted for establishing (1944) that DNA is responsible for the transmission of heritable characteristics.
 Dennison Corporation (NYSE:AVY) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share.

The dividend is payable on September 20, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2006.
