Avery Communications Inc. Acquires Aelix Inc.

Avery Communications Inc. (OTCBB:ATEX), a provider of local exchange carrier (LEC) clearinghouse billing services for inter-exchange long distance telephone service companies (IEC) and Internet service providers (ISP), today announced it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Aelix Inc., a global notification and messaging clearinghouse company for Customer Relations Management (CRM) services.

OmniReach(SM), Aelix's flagship product, enables secure, real-time, bi-directional communications between companies and their customers via a number of different media and devices worldwide.
