 BB: AVYC AVYC Aliso Viejo Youth Commission ), a provider of outsourced billing and customer care solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors and shareholders holding a majority of shares outstanding have approved a one-for-five thousand reverse stock split. The reverse stock split, which is likely to become effective during the first quarter of 2003, will reduce the number of common shares outstanding from 1.1 million at September 30, 2002 to approximately 100. Through a significant reduction of the number of shareholders, the reverse stock split will accomplish the previously announced intention of bringing the Company private.

, arising as the result of the reverse stock split, at the rate of $1.27 per whole share. The purchase price for fractional shares was approved by the Board of Directors and supported by an independent appraisal.

Shareholders will be mailed an informational package containing additional information about the reverse stock split. The record date for the reverse stock split has not yet been finalized.
