Averox Inc. Opens New Office in the UK.

LONDON -- Averox Inc. (OTCBB:AVOX) announced today that it has opened a new office in the United Kingdom. The office is located in Chertsey, Surrey about 15 miles south of central London and close to Heathrow Airport.

The new office will be staffed by senior members of the Averox management team and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Company's sales and marketing activities and customer support in Europe. The number of employees based in the UK office is expected to increase over the next few months.
