Averox Inc. Kicks Off 2008 Marketing Campaign with Meetings in Egypt, Signs Contract with MTSIT.

LONDON -- Averox Inc. (OTCBB:AVOX), today announced that it has begun implementing its international marketing campaign with a series of meetings with major Middle Eastern telecom companies. The Company's SVP Sales and Marketing and the Company's regional Sales Manager for the Middle East held a weeklong series of senior level meetings in Cairo, Egypt with telecom operators covering both major wireless and wireline providers including Orascom, Etilsalat, Telecom Egypt and Vodafone. Averox has a regional sales and marketing office in Dubai.

"The Egyptian wireless market, like many others throughout the Middle East, is expanding rapidly with major increases in mobile subscribers and new operators. It is an important potential market for Averox Telecom Services and OSS solutions. Many operators in Egypt have close relationships with operators in other parts of the Middle East and Asia, where Averox already has a substantial customer base and solid reputation," said Salman Mahmood, President and CEO. As a result of these meetings Averox Inc., has signed an Agreement with Modern Telecom Systems (MTSIT) for the integration and marketing of each party's products, and the mutual utilization of consultancy and outsourcing experiences in Egypt and overseas.
