Averox Inc. Announces Results for Quarter Ended September 30, 2007.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- Averox Inc. (OTCBB:AVOX) announced results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008, ended September 30, 2007. All figures are in U.S. dollars.

Revenues for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008 were $.134 million compared with revenues of $2.2 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2007. The decrease was primarily as a result of decreased sales to a major customer which ceased operations in our primary market earlier this year. Cost of sales was $.217 million compared with $.425 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2007, the decrease in dollars was due to a decrease in sales during the first quarter of fiscal 2008. General and administrative expenses were $.434 million compared with general and administrative of expenses of $.055 million in the same period a year ago. The increase in general and administrative expenses is primarily a result of the implementation of an expanded marketing campaign, the development of new software and systems and the hiring of additional, experienced, management, marketing and technical personnel, as well as the additional management and other costs related to Averox becoming and maintaining its status as a reporting company listed on the U.S. OTC Bulletin Board.

Gross loss before taxes was $.517 million compared with gross income before taxes of $1.727 million the first fiscal quarter of 2007. Net loss was $.511 million or $.051 per share compared with net profit of $1.11 million or $.14 per share in the first three months the prior year.

Mr. Salman Mahmood, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, "In our company's development stage, we were heavily dependent on revenues from a small number of companies to which we provided services as subcontractors. Our results from Q1 reflect the loss of revenues from one of these major customers, which closed its doors in our primary market earlier this year. Having recognized the potential difficulties inherent in a dependency on revenues derived from a small number of customers, we raised additional capital in 2006-2007. We have since judiciously used this capital to expand our product lines and technical and professional staffing. We have utilized the contacts and connections with major service providers and other worldwide telcos, made in our early years, as well as our developing reputation for providing complete turnkey solutions, on time and within budget despite difficult regional, political or other infrastructure situations to expand our product line and services to major telcos worldwide.

"Earlier this year we also instituted an aggressive worldwide marketing and sales campaign which included participation in a number of targeted trade shows, direct mail and direct contact programs to potential customers. We believe we have made significant progress and that our efforts have begun to show results," said Mr. Salman Mahmood, Chief Executive Officer.

"Subsequent to the end of the Quarter, a Scandinavian based worldwide leader in mobile and broadband internet telecommunications infrastructure company awarded contracts to Averox to assist in new network buildouts and to provide telecom services to a major southeast Asian mobile operator currently in the process of rapidly expanding their network.

"Additionally, the largest Chinese based telecommunications infrastructure company currently operating in the area has also awarded a contract to Averox for the same mobile operator. Averox is expected, under the terms of this contract, to provide full turnkey services covering site acquisition, civil works and deployment of equipment involved in the development and deployment of a wide reaching mobile GSM network comprised of several thousand Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) necessary for mobile communications. The Company is also in discussions with a telecommunications infrastructure company based in Europe for full turnkey telecom services to another mobile operator. These contracts have the potential to generate significant revenue for Averox in over the next two years.

"Averox has also seen significant global interest in Provisus(TM), a market leader in provisioning/activation software, since we became the exclusive global reseller and systems integrator for this software solution earlier in 2007. We expect to shortly begin on site evaluation testing at a mobile operator company based in Europe. This will give valuable experience in using Provisus(TM) interfacing to resources that are used in the live network. Following successful testing we expect to move forward to in service deployments in mobile operators. Additionally Averox is in discussions with two mobile operators to replace their existing provisioning systems to enable them to drive down operating costs and to enhance the services that they offer to their subscribers. One operates primarily in the Asian marketplace and the other operates in the European marketplace," Mr. Mahmood continued.
