Averion Inc. and SIPLAS Research Organization Inc. Sign Alliance Agreement for Complementary Promotion and Support of Clinical Trials.


FRAMINGHAM, Mass. & BOGOTA, Colombia -- Averion Inc. (Averion) a leading Contract Research Organization with more than 20 years experience, announced today that it has signed a non-exclusive alliance agreement with SIPLAS Research Organization Inc. (SIPLAS RO). SIPLAS RO is a full-service Contract Research Organization, which provides Phase II-IV services for clinical trials conducted in Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. .

This agreement represents a working relationship that will involve joint marketing efforts and a mutual contracting of complementary products and services from both companies to biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
