('AGAM'). The product consists of 1, 3 and 5 year secured term debentures offering 6%, 8% and 10% respectively. The AGAM Secured Term Debentures are available on a monthly rolling close basis to accredited and eligible investors as contemplated in National Instrument 45-106 ("NI 45-106") through qualified registrants in select jurisdictions within Canada.
