In addition to leading all marketing efforts, Lackner will also be responsible for the further development and expansion of Avectra's netFORUM OnDemand, a powerful suite of membership management, e-commerce and e-marketing software delivered through an affordable subscription-based service. As vice president and general manager at Siebel Systems, he was responsible for the design, marketing, and sale of marketing automation and business intelligence products. During his tenure at Siebel, Lackner grew worldwide license revenues for marketing automation products by a factor of 15 and established Siebel as an acknowledged market leader by Forrester Research. Lackner also jump-started Siebel's Business Intelligence business, engineered the acquisition of an advanced Business Intelligence provider, and helped launch Business Intelligence as the fastest growing product line at Siebel.
