Content Management System

Avaya Inc., the U.S. leader in voice communication systems, has selected LogicBay Corporation, a leading enterprise e-learning solutions company, to implement a Web-based training program that will enable Avaya to provide support for new products faster and better than ever before.

Developed to support Avaya's new software protection implementation program for Avaya products, the innovative program will dramatically reduce the period between product availability and training. The online training is being designed to teach appropriate skills and procedures for new products and allow learners to practice those skills before interfacing directly with the product. Additionally, the program will be tied to an online certification program that will verify learners' mastery of concepts and skills.
