 the Contact Center End User Analysis -- Customers Select Winning Vendors, a new market analysis from Frost & Sullivan, customers believed that Avaya far outpaced other companies in improving interoperability of existing contact center solutions. Additionally, the company scored high on the ease-of-use of its CRM Solutions, which helps its contact center customers increase productivity while reducing staff and training costs.

"Our study has shown that interoperability and ease-of-use are major concerns among contact centers," said Alpa Shah, Frost & Sullivan senior research manager. "For end-users to recognize Avaya as the number one company in these areas is especially commendable."

Avaya was also noted for maintaining product brand recognition, with the majority of end-users in the survey having selected or likely to select Avaya as their key contact solution provider.

"We believe Avaya comprehensively understands the multiple facets of contact center operations, which was evidenced by the company being chosen by most potential customers as the top choice for resolving their greatest issues," said Shah.
