The expanded credit facility replaces Avatech's existing $3 million line of credit with K Bank and will provide the Company with increased borrowing capacity to support the continued growth of its operations. On execution of the new credit facility, Avatech prepaid a loan to a previous supplier, saving $233,000 from the outstanding principal balance on the loan.

Avatech's revenues have increased significantly over the last three years as demand for its products and services have increased and the Company has expanded into new markets. For its fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, Avatech reported revenues of $34.1 million compared with $22.5 million in fiscal year 2003. That growth continued through the most recently reported quarter as the Company's revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2005 increased approximately 37% over the same period in 2004.
