scale up solutions prior to full U.S. rollout. Although customer names are not disclosed for competitive reasons, highlights of eight of these potential accounts include:

* Successfully completing an in-store pilot sales program for the Avasoft System with a large, nationally recognized franchise. Avasoft is in discussion to develop and customize its product to meet that company's needs on a nationwide scale.

* Avasoft is working with four major national convenience store companies. It is currently doing a pilot sales test for the Avasoft System with one large national convenience store chain; has successfully completed a pilot with one other and received strong interest to proceed with pilot tests from two more.

Avasoft has built its infrastructure and developed a highly scalable business model. Earlier this year, and in anticipation of higher sales volume, Avasoft announced that through quality key vendors, it has increased its out-sourced equipment manufacturing capacity. In addition, the Company's ice cream/cartridge production and distribution are now provided by Schoep's Ice Cream, through a strategic alliance. "The Avasoft System is playing extremely well with the type of large, national mass market accounts that we expected it would when we launched full scale U.S. marketing efforts just last spring," said Jim Wheeler, Avasoft chief executive officer. "We continue to work on building revenues by distributing to thousands of local retail and large customer venues across the U.S."
