(MRI) to bring rapid deployment and project management consulting services to its enterprise asset management (EAM) customers in the education market. Under the terms of the agreement, MRI will consult to schools and universities who are implementing the Avantis EAM solution to manage and maintain their facilities. The combination of Avantis' advanced technology with MRI's industry knowledge and project management expertise will enable customers to streamline business processes and optimize internal resources.

Marcam and MRI most recently teamed up to implement a multi year improvement plan for the fifth largest school district in the U.S.-- the Philadelphia School District. The implementation of Avantis at the District is a vital part of a total reform effort that has been underway for the past four years. All aspects of the District are being strengthened. MRI, at the request of the corporate community in greater Philadelphia, has been working to improve Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, Transportation, Food Services and Purchasing departments. Marcam's Avantis suite is installed in the District's Facilities Division already and soon will be operational in the Food and Transportation departments. As a result, the school district has significantly reduced operating costs while maximizing productivity.
