Avant! Corporation Denies Cadence Charges, Will Defend Complaint Vigorously.


SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1995--Avant! Corporation stated that on December 6, 1995, the Company was served with a civil complaint filed by Cadence Design Systems (company) Cadence Design Systems - A company that sells electronic design automation software and services.
