Avana Acquires Inc. 500 Firm.

Another strategic acquisition by Avana Communications was announced today designed to further accelerate the Atlanta-based integrated communications provider closer to its stated goal of being the one solution source for its growing base of customers in the world of convergence.

Grace Development, Inc. (OTCBB: GCDV), doing business as Avana Communications, has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of Alpha Computer Services, Inc. Alpha is a privately held, full service, nationwide provider of networked business systems specializing in hardware sales, support, installation and integration of application packages in partnership with independent software developers. The company is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

The closing of the acquisition of Alpha is expected to be completed by month-end and concludes a series of three strategic acquisitions for Avana during the first quarter of this year. Acquisition of WebWizard, Inc. -- an Application Service Provider (ASP) -- and its WebWizard web creation and hosting technology closed on Jan. 30. Acquisition of P.V. Tel. Inc., a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) licensed to serve nine states, closed on Feb. 24. All three acquisitions are consistent with Avana's goal to be a fully integrated communications provider (ICP).
