Annual Meeting Details

The Company's 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time. Stockholders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on March 8, 2006 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 222 Sansome St., San Francisco, California “San Francisco” redirects here. For other uses, see San Francisco (disambiguation).

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
