Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation Appoints Mark Rabinovich as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:AVAL) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Traders Development LLC, announced today the appointment of Mark Rabinovich as its Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. The decision to add Mr. Rabinovich to the executive management team is part of a Company initiative to enhance its management team as it prepares for growth in its technology business.

In his new position, Mr. Rabinovich will be responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters for Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Traders Development, LLC. In addition, he will be responsible for protecting the Avalon FX Pro[TM] trademark, copyrighting our Avalon FX Pro[TM] educational software, and protecting the Company's proprietary trading platform Avalon FX Pro[TM].

Mr. Rabinovich received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Rabinovich has been a practicing attorney in the State of California since 1997. Mr. Rabinovich has specialized in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law, representing a wide range of clients. Also, Mr. Rabinovich previously served as Chief Compliance Officer for a California-based Futures Commission Merchant registered with the National Futures Association.
