:AXGI) announced today that it has added two new members to the Auxer Telecom team, Samir Khalaf and Richard Les Lyniate.

Samir Khalaf will be a special consultant to the Board of Directors in telecommunications financing, acquisitions and international business. Richard Lyniate will be responsible for the transition and overseeing the switch operations group in Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. , California. Mr. Lyniate has assembled a management team with approximately 100 years of experience in telecommunications sales & marketing, engineering, switch operations, and customer services.

Mr. Richard Lyniate is currently a partner of Sponge Technologies, Inc. He was the founder and President of Cyberlight, Inc. since 1997. Prior to that, he was the President of Cyberlink, Inc. which was sold to RSL RSL - RAISE Specification Language , Inc. in 1996. Prior to that, he was the VP of Strategic Marketing and Systems of Com Systems, Inc., which was acquired by WorldCom in 1991, and he was the VP of Marketing at Vanguard. Additionally, Mr. Lyniate was a Research & Development Engineer for over 17 years where he was a systems consultant for Nortel systems (Northern Electric), an engineer for communications power systems for New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

Auxer expects to announce the closing on the assets in connection with the Telecommunication Switch operation and Sponge Technologies, Inc. next week. Auxer has the required funding to complete the acquisition of these assets and to fund its initial expansion program. "Today, we are please to introduce the newest members of our Telecom Team.
