; EASDAQ See European Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation. :AUTN) today announced the public offering of 2,200,000 of its ordinary shares (in the form of shares or American Depository Shares) at a price of $124 per share or ADS. Of these shares, 880,000 were offered by Autonomy and 1,320,000 were offered on behalf of selling shareholders. Autonomy's ordinary shares are traded on EASDAQ, and its American Depository Shares will be traded on The Nasdaq National Market, under the symbol AUTN.

In connection with the offering, Autonomy and one of the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 330,000 additional shares, in the form of shares or ADSs, on the same terms and conditions as those shares and ADSs sold in the offering.
