The Company reported that its net loss for the third quarter ended September 30, 1996, was $2,891,380, or $0.43 per share based on 6,749,950 shares outstanding compared with a loss of $1,215,159, or $0.98 per share based on 1,245,000 shares outstanding during the third quarter 1995.
