Automotive Performance Group, Inc., Announces the Appointment of Carl Walker as the Company's New Chief Financial Officer.

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 1999--Automotive Performance Group, Inc. (OTC BB:RACG), a full service owner and operator of high performance automotive businesses and brands, announced today that Carl Walker, CPA, CMA, CFM, has joined the Company as it's new Chief Financial Officer.

Tammy Powers, previous Chief Financial Officer has left the Company to pursue other interests.
