TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2004

On Friday April 2, 2004 the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) was successful in the representation vote to become the bargaining agent A union that possesses the sole authority to act on behalf of all the employees of a particular type in a company.

A bargaining agent is certified by the national labor relations board 
 for certain employees at Automodular's (TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002)

It consists of two peninsulas thrusting into the Great Lakes and has borders with Ohio and Indiana (S), Wisconsin (W), and the Canadian province of Ontario (N,E).  and Delaware. The company has eight plants and employs over 1,000 people.
