The award was presented at the Microsoft Healthcare Users' Group's (MS-HUG MS-HUG Microsoft Healthcare Users Group ) Windows on Healthcare Conference in San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. API won the award for Microsoft's Other -- Administrative/ Financial Systems category. In addition, API was named a finalist in the Acute Care -- Administrative/Financial Systems category for its implementation of its Navigator Series payroll and human resource solution at Henry County Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Ind.
