The Cupertino, Calif-based company's product provides a layer of automation for knowledge workers. Using it, tasks such as navigation, extraction, reformatting, re-presenting, change-monitoring, dynamic HTML (1) A general term for (HTML pages) Web pages that are customized for each user; for example, returning different values from a search. Contrast with a "static HTML" page, which is the same for all users. See dynamic Web page.  authoring and accuracy assurance can be fully automated.

KM.Studio is built on Knowmadic's Web-centric Open Object Framework, or WOOF [TM], and enables developers to drag and drop A graphical user interface (GUI) capability that lets you perform operations by moving the icon of an object with the mouse into another window or onto another icon. For example, files can be copied or moved by dragging them from one folder to another.  navigation and extraction objects and connect them with business-rule objects to create complete applications. The result is that applications that could take days to write may be completed in a few hours. And because the technology is object-based, Knowmadic says, this result can be reused and extended by others.

"Automating knowledge work has not been possible until now.
