Automatic saw.Rimrock's new automatic saw is designed to be integrated into a robotic workcell. A servo drive linear actuator slides the casting(s) through the saw blade for accurate, precision cuts of gates, risers and heavy flash. Custom hydraulic fixtures can be changed-out to accommodate various castings or can be adjusted for different cut angles, thereby increasing throughput.
