Automatic Data Processing to Break Ground on El Paso Facility.

EL PASO, Texas -- On August 22, 2006, Automatic Data Processing will celebrate with an official groundbreaking for its new Solution Center to be located on El Paso's Westside. Upon completion, ADP will move from its temporary downtown location at 100 North Stanton which was opened earlier this year. The new ADP Solution Center will provide business-to-business support to assist clients using payroll-related applications, as well as automotive dealer-related products and services. The completion date of the new center is expected to be May 2007.

With nearly $9 billion in revenue and more than 570,000 clients worldwide, ADP is recognized as one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective processing and information-based business solutions.

Currently, the firm employs almost 300 associates in El Paso, and continues to add new groups to their local team. Most associates have already completed their training and are moving into production and client support activities. ADP management has been "very pleased at the productivity and quality of the El Paso team members."

The facility will be built on property currently owned by Plexxar Capital Ltd. and will be located on Resler Drive just south of Trans Mountain Road. The building will be 150,000 SF on 20 acres of land, with expansion capabilities of at least 200,000 SF. This state-of-the-art facility, with an initial capacity to house 1,000 associates, will incorporate amenities, including an on-site cafeteria. The project is being developed by Plexxar and designed by PSRBB of El Paso, along with HOK of Dallas. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services will be provided by the El Paso firm of Robinet and Ramos. The well-known primary contractor on the building is C.F. Jordan Inc. of El Paso.

ADP credits the support and incentives provided by the El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation (REDCo), the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, John Cook, Mayor of El Paso, and Texas Governor Rick Perry for their successful move to the El Paso area.
