The program, which also includes Argentina's largest payroll and HR solution provider, Lobruno Recursos Humanos, establishes the first cohesive global network of high-quality payroll and human resources service providers designed specifically to meet client needs around the world. The objective is to provide expanded geographical coverage, ensure continuity of services and eliminate the administrative inconvenience and work of juggling multiple service providers.

With service capabilities in 18 countries, ADP selects its Global Network partners to serve clients in regions where ADP does not operate directly, following a careful review process, including ranking of quality, reliability and scope of solutions offered. The network then employs a unique "two-tier" approach which gives clients a single point of contact for the management of all their international service requirements, while at the same time leveraging the local expertise and processing centers of ADP and the Global Network partners.

The charter member of the network, PayConnect, is the leading outsourcing provider in Australia and the Asia Pacific region providing paychecks to more than 1.3 million Australians each pay period. PayConnect will provide ADP Global Network clients with a comprehensive range of payroll, human resource management, benefits administration and time and attendance solutions in Australia, Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov.  and New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia.
