Automated Vision finishing.

The Vision Finish[TM] 1200 from Mossner Reich, for medium to large castings, is a standard, compact, affordable machine for identifying and finishing parts. The systems' open control allows the integration of modular tools for flash removal (grinding, milling) and gate removal (band sawing, circular sawing), measuring, and vision identifying/adjusting using an extensive part memory. The flexibility of the system is comparable to manual part processing. The compact and space saving construction allows short installation with little space requirement.
