NICE Systems (Nasdaq:NICE), a worldwide leader of multimedia recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management, today announced that Automated Trading Desk (ATD), a trading-technology company created to develop systems and software for automated limit-order trading, selected NICE for a VoIP Total Recording system to capture all customer transactions that come into the contact center.

NICE's system is one of the first VoIP recording systems available in the market and is compatible with all major vendor's switches.

ATD has just completed installation of NICE VoIP (Internet telephony, voice recording) integrated with Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switches in its South Carolina based contact center. This 60-seat location is where ATD traders take orders from institutional investors. The company uses the NICE system to verify the accuracy of customer transactions and for risk management.
