Automated Financial Systems Opens New European Subsidiary in Vienna; AFS Taps Wade Baker to Lead European Business Development.

EXTON, Pa. -- Automated Financial Systems, Inc. (AFS-Exton) announced it has formed an Austrian subsidiary, Automated Financial Systems GmbH (AFS A distributed file system for large, widely dispersed Unix and Windows networks from Transarc Corporation, now part of IBM. It is noted for its ease of administration and expandability and stems from Carnegie-Mellon's Andrew File System.
